We cordially invite you to enjoy Boland hospitality on our riverboat. Situated on the scenic
Route 43 (between Worcester and Villiersdorp) in the Scherpenheuwel area just 15 minutes from
Worcester and 90 minutes from Cape Town.
Cruises last approximately 90 minutes and are scheduled from Wednesdays to Sundays (weather
permitting). Booking is essential.
The Breede Otter caters for functions like birthdays, corporate functions and private parties.
The boat accommodates groups from 10 to 45 people. Should the number of people on a cruise be
less than 10 — a minimum amount of R800-00 per cruise will be charged.
The Van Niekerk family will treat you to mouth watering traditional boerekos: waterblommetjie
bredie, snoekbraai, potjiekos, fresh homemade bread with the regions' famous Hanepoot
korrelkonfyt! We are also fully licensed. Own food and beverages are not permitted.
The boat cruise will be at your own risk. Right of admission is reserved. No littering is
allowed on the boat or in the water.
